FRAM FOODS AB is the second largest producer of chilled seafood in Sweden. The principal products are spreads, herring and lumpfish caviar. The Company's plant was certified to the ISO 14001 environmental standard in 2000 and to an ISO 9001/2000 certification in the beginning of year 2002.

The company is a key market player in all segments in Sweden and a leader in the sales "lutfisk". The primary emphasis is on lumpfish caviar, spreads in tubes and marinated herring sold in jars. Major part of the sales goes to the biggest retail chains in Sweden, Coop Sweden, ICA, Axfood, Bergendals.

Products are sold under the brand Lysekils and Isbjörnen as well as private labels. The company was originally established in 1867 and was bought by FRAM FOODS in the year 2003. FRAM FOODS AB operates out of a 14,000 square meter plant and is located in the port of Lysekil, about 100 km north of Gothenburg.
